Meeting Notes is a personal iPhone app. You tap one button to start recording, lock your phone, and put it on the table. When the meeting ends, the app transcribes the recording and emails you the text.

How it works

• Recording keeps running while the phone is locked and in your pocket.
• Transcription happens entirely on the iPhone, with no internet connection.
• The transcript is emailed from your own Gmail account to an address you choose.
• The audio file is deleted once the email has been sent.

Privacy

The recording never leaves your phone, and no one operates a server that sees your meetings — there is no backend, no analytics and no third-party service involved. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Availability

Meeting Notes is a personal project, built for and used by its author. It is not distributed through the App Store.
